Chocolate crepes

INGREDIENTS

  • 500ml (2 cups) milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 170g (1 3/8 cups) flour
  • 50ml sunflower oil
  • 60g cocoa powder

METHOD

  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, and add in milk, oil, flour, and salt. Divide into the portions and add cocoa powder to the second.
  2. Make little drops on the pan using the white mixture, and pour the dark mixture onto it.
  3. Fry from both sides for 2 minutes.
