Chocolate crepes
How to cook Chocolate crepes:

INGREDIENTS
- 500ml (2 cups) milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 170g (1 3/8 cups) flour
- 50ml sunflower oil
- 60g cocoa powder
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, and add in milk, oil, flour, and salt. Divide into the portions and add cocoa powder to the second.
- Make little drops on the pan using the white mixture, and pour the dark mixture onto it.
- Fry from both sides for 2 minutes.
