INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Milk (1 Cup =250 Ml)

Let It Boil

  • ΒΌ Cup Sugar

Keep Stirring

  • 2 Cup Milk Powder ( Add Gradually)

Keep Stirring ( To Make Lumps Free)

  • 1 Tspn Ghee
  • Β½ Tspn Cardamom Powder

Cook In Low Flame

Cook Until Separate From The Pan

  • 5 Inch Mould

Grease Oil

Place a Baking Paper

Pour & Spread Well

Pistachio On Top

Set For 2 Hours

Cut Into Pieces
