Jacket Potato Recipe: In this video we will show you one of the best Turkish street Foods,Kumpir which is known as ''Baked Potato'' or ''potato in jacket '' .It is a well known food in all over the world and most of people think that it is not easy to make at home,but you will see step by step ,it is that easy after you watch our detailed video.Each food you make at home is better and healthier .Don't lose anytime to try to make it at home.You should start to prepare it with baking potatoes.Because it takes a long time to bake in the oven.You can save the time with preparing other ingredients(Russian salad and sauced sausages) while potatoes are baking.

First of all,bake the potato at 200C for 1.5 hours until the skin is crisp and the flesh soft.If you want a crispy skin you can rub the potato with a little olive oil.If don't have much time and need a quicker way to bake them also you can prick the potato with a fork and wrap in an aluminum foil and then bake on high until soft inside. When the potato is baked well,remove it from the oven and cut a thin slice on top and divide into two.It is important to make it when the potatoes are still hot and able to mash.Use a fork to mash and stir the inside of potato with butter .After you mash the potato ,add some mozarella/cheddar cheese and keep mashing.You can add any cheese that melts easily .When you are sure about the considency of potato mash,you can start to season it with any ingredients you want.Add some Russian salad,sauced sausages,sweet corn.You can also add some spieces.It is all about your imagination.You can make it more nutritious with salads,olives,vegetables,salami and pickles according to your personal tastes .Finaly pour some ketchup, mayonnaise or hot sauce on the top and it is ready to eat,enjoy !
