Caramel apple dessert

Ingredients

6×8×H5cm small container

  • 50g Lotus Biscuits(Cinnamon caramel flavor)
  • OR Sweet Biscuits
  • 10g Melted butter
  • 1 Apple
  • 30g Granulated sugar
  • 15g Water
  • 5g Butter

Directions

①Crush biscuits to fine crumbs.

*Lotus Biscuits(Cinnamon caramel flavor)

②Add melted Butter and mix well.

③Peel the apples, then core. Divide apple into 16 equally.

④Heat granulated sugar and water.

⑤Add the unsalted butter to melt.

⑥Add apples and cook until tender.

(Or microwave 600w for 4-5 minutes)

⑦Arrange the Apples in a small container.

⑧Press crumb mixture over apples.

⑨Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Chill until firm.

⑩Use a hot steamed towel to warm the side of the small container several times.

⑫Place a plate on the top, and turn upside down to remove.

You can add any toppings you like.Ice cream, fresh cream, etc.

I put Greek yogurt on top.
