Grilled rice balls in a frying pan

Ingredients

  • Cooked Rice
  • Komatsuna,
  • Crunchy bacon
  • Corn
  • Seasonings:
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Dashi Soy Sauce

Directions

  1. Boil and chop komatsuna.
  2. (Squeeze to remove excess water)
  3. Fry bacon until crisp.
  4. Komatsuna, crunchy bacon, corn, and seasonings on warm rice
  5. Add and mix well.
  6. Make small rice balls.
  7. Spread oil thinly in a pan and Fry the rice balls.
  8. Finally, season with dashi soy sauce.
