Ingredients
- Cooked Rice
- Komatsuna,
- Crunchy bacon
- Corn
- Seasonings:
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Dashi Soy Sauce
Directions
- Boil and chop komatsuna.
- (Squeeze to remove excess water)
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Komatsuna, crunchy bacon, corn, and seasonings on warm rice
- Add and mix well.
- Make small rice balls.
- Spread oil thinly in a pan and Fry the rice balls.
- Finally, season with dashi soy sauce.
