INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Mung Dal

Soak For 2 Hours

Wash Well

Pour In Blender

  • ½ Cup Water

Blend Smooth

  • 2 Tbsp Suji / Semolina
  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • Smooth Batter

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.

Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water

Let It Boil

Boil For 5 Min.

  • 1 String Consistency

Fried Malpua

Soak For 1 Hour

Some Pistachio
