Ingredients
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 6 to 8 cooked bacon, crumbed
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 8 cups fresh, spring mix salad, 50/50 mix
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt and black pepper to taste
