Espresso Oat Brownie
Hey Foodies! Is there anything more delightful than a fudgy chocolatey scrumptious brownie? How about a guilt-free, decadent brownie made with espresso?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dark chocolate (sugar free)
- 2 shots or 60ml espressl shot
- 1/3 cup allulose sweetener
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1 cup or 100g oat flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cashew
- toppings: dark chocolate chips and cashew nuts
- size of the pan: 9x5 inches
- bake at 350F for 28-30 minutes
- cool and chill for atleast 2 hours
