Hey Foodies! Is there anything more delightful than a fudgy chocolatey scrumptious brownie? How about a guilt-free, decadent brownie made with espresso?


  • 1 cup dark chocolate (sugar free)
  • 2 shots or 60ml espressl shot
  • 1/3 cup allulose sweetener
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 cup or 100g oat flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cashew
  • toppings: dark chocolate chips and cashew nuts
  • size of the pan: 9x5 inches
  • bake at 350F for 28-30 minutes
  • cool and chill for atleast 2 hours
