Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh sweet corn, steamed and stripped
  • 1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise (OPTIONAL)
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar (I use Monkfruit sweetener)
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • unsalted butter
