The French 75 is the perfect combination of herbaceous gin, tart citrus and dry champagne.
It was first seen in print in 1927 and is traditionally served in a champagne flute
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz / 45 ml gin
- 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml simple syrup
- 3 oz / 90 ml dry champagne
