Handvo is a very loved Gujarati recipe, traditionally it is made out of fermenting rice/dal but in this video I am going to share how to instantly prepare Handvo with Suji/Semolina.   • 1 cup Semolina (Suji)
  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Raw Potato (Aloo)
  • 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilis
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Oil
  • 1 sachet of Eno
  • 2 tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
  • Asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • White Sesame Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Red Chili Flakes
