Gujarati Vegetable Rawa Handvo
Handvo is a very loved Gujarati recipe, traditionally it is made out of fermenting rice/dal but in this video I am going to share how to instantly prepare Handvo with Suji/Semolina. - 1 cup Semolina (Suji)
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 Raw Potato (Aloo)
- 1/2 cup Curd (Dahi)
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion
- 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilis
- 1/2 Green Capsicum
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- Fresh Coriander
- Oil
- 1 sachet of Eno
- 2 tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- White Sesame Seeds
- Curry Leaves
- Red Chili Flakes
