  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Suji / Semolina
  • Knead For 3-5 Min.
  • Make Shape
  • Fry In Medium Heated Oil
  • Fry Until Golden Brown Color

Making Malai:

  • 1 And Β½ Cup Milk
  • Let It Boil
  • ΒΌ Cup Sugar
  • Β½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Fruits
  • Boil For 2-3 Min.
  • Pour In a Bowl
  • Fried Sweets
  • Soak For 10 Min.
