Delicious Salami and Cheese Scones

- 200g Bbread flour
- 6g Baking powder
- 15g Sugar
- 2g Rock salt
- Pepper
- 200g Heavy Whipping cream
- 42g Cheese
- 40g Salamić

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190Ā°C.
ā Cut the cheese and karupasu into small dice shapes.
ā” In a bowl, combine the ingredients marked with and mix well.
ā¢ Add chilled whipping cream and mix loosely.
ā£ Add the cheese and karupasu, mixing lightly until there is still some powdery texture.
ā¤ Transfer the dough onto a surface and flatten it using a dough scraper.
Cut the dough in half from the center and press it on top to flatten. Repeat this step 3-4 times.
If the dough becomes sticky, sprinkle some bread flour while working on it.
Be careful not to handle the dough too much to ensure it rises properly.
ā„ Shape the dough into a rectangle measuring 14x8cm and cut it into 8 equal parts.
ā¦ Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
ā§ Bake in the preheated oven at 190Ā°C for 20 minutes, and it's ready!
*These scones can be frozen and reheated.
Freezing and Reheating Instructions:
Once cooled, individually wrap the scones in plastic wrap and place them in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
(Consume within approximately 2 weeks.)
