Delicious Salami and Cheese Scones

【Ingredients】

  • 200g Bbread flour
  • 6g Baking powder
  • 15g Sugar
  • 2g Rock salt
  • Pepper
  • 200g Heavy Whipping cream
  • 42g Cheese
  • 40g Salami

【Directions】

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

① Cut the cheese and karupasu into small dice shapes.

② In a bowl, combine the ingredients marked with and mix well.

③ Add chilled whipping cream and mix loosely.

④ Add the cheese and karupasu, mixing lightly until there is still some powdery texture.

⑤ Transfer the dough onto a surface and flatten it using a dough scraper.

Cut the dough in half from the center and press it on top to flatten. Repeat this step 3-4 times.

If the dough becomes sticky, sprinkle some bread flour while working on it.

Be careful not to handle the dough too much to ensure it rises properly.

⑥ Shape the dough into a rectangle measuring 14x8cm and cut it into 8 equal parts.

⑦ Arrange the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

⑧ Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes, and it's ready!

*These scones can be frozen and reheated.

Freezing and Reheating Instructions:

Once cooled, individually wrap the scones in plastic wrap and place them in a ziplock bag in the freezer.

(Consume within approximately 2 weeks.)
