  • 1 cup zuchinni
  • 1 cup sweet potato
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 1/8 cup spring onion
  • 1 pc shiitake mushroom
  • 1/2 white onion

Batter:

  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • salt

Dipping sauce:

  • 1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • toasted sesame seeds
