Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 5 Persian Cucumber(Japanese cucumbers)
  • 10g Sea salt
  • 25g Sugar

Directions

① Wash the cucumber and pat dry. Slice it diagonally into 1cm thickness.

② Put the cucumber in a plastic bag and add sugar and salt. Mix well until evenly coated.

③ Place a weight on top and let it sit for about 3 hours.

④ Once the liquid has been released, transfer it to a storage container.

*It's best to consume it within 3 days.
