INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Besan/Gram Flour
  • ½ Cup Suji/Semolina
  • ½ Cup Curd
  • 2 Cup Water (Add Gradually)
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Green Capsicum
  • 2 Tspn Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow Capsicum

Mix Well

  • ¼ Tspn Baking Soda
  • 2 Tspn Oil

Pour Batter

Cook For 30 Sec.

  • Onion
  • Green, Yellow Capsicum
  • Tomato
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Cook For 5 Min. In Low Heat
