3-Ingredient Lemon Ice Cream
Quick and easy homemade 3-ingredient lemon ice cream recipe that anyone can make at home! No ice cream machine, no churn and no eggs.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) Heavy cream
- 1 can (400g/14oz) Sweetened condensed milk
- Juice from 2-3 Lemons or 1/3 cup (80ml) – 1/2 cup (120ml) *depends on how strong lemon flavor you prefer
- Zest from 2 lemons
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, place cold heavy cream. Whip to stiff peaks.
2. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest and whisk on low speed until combined.
3. Add lemon juice and mix until combined.
4. Transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
5. Take out of freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
