Boba Smoothie

This refreshing boba smoothie combines frozen fruit, creamy coconut milk, and chewy tapioca pearls. Try this trendy drink out for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boba pearls (tapioca pearls)
  • 2 cups ripe mango, diced
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Prepare Boba Pearls:

  1. Cook the boba pearls according to the package instructions. Usually, this involves boiling them until they're tender, then letting them cool and soaking them in a sweet syrup.
  2. Once cooked and sweetened, let the boba pearls cool completely.

Make the Smoothie:

  1. In a blender, combine diced mango, sliced banana, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and honey.
