Ham Salad
This ham salad recipe is a quick and tasty lunch. Itβs so good, youβll want to eat it straight from the bowl β and you can with crackers!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickles or relish, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Finely chop the cooked ham, dice the celery, chop the red onion, and chop the sweet pickles or relish.
- Mix the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped ham, diced celery, chopped red onion, and sweet pickles.
- Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine Salad and Dressing:
- Pour the dressing over the ham mixture and gently toss until well combined.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the ham salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Serve:
- Serve the ham salad on sandwiches, wraps, crackers, or as a topping for salads.
