- Carrot (chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Onion (chopped) - 1 medium
- Garlic (chopped) - 2 cloves
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Spring onion - 1/4 cup (optional)
- Black pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
- White Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Green Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Cooking Oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt to tase
