FLORODORA COCKTAIL

The Florodora originated at the Waldorf-Astoria. The classic cocktail pays homage to the Florodora musical from New York's Casino Theatre.

INGREDIENTS 

• 60mL Gin (2 oz)
• 22.5mL Fresh Lime Juice (¾ oz)
• 15mL Raspberry Syrup (½ oz)
• 15mL Ginger Syrup (½ oz)
• Dash of Soda (Seltzer Water)

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients except the soda in your cocktail shaker

2. Briefly shake with ice

3. Strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass

4. Top with soda

5. Garnish with an orange wheel, lime wheel and/or raspberry
