Halloween Brownie Bites

1. Dirt Worm 'Box' Brownie Bites
Ingredients
for 45 brownie bites

2 boxes brownie mix, prepared
3 cups milk chocolate chip
chocolate sprinkle, for decorating
sour gummy worm, for decorating

Preparation

  1. Prepare 2 boxes of brownie mix according to instructions on box. Pour into a greased 9x9-inch (23x23-cm) square pan. Bake according to instructions on box.
  2. Cut each tray of brownies into 25 small squares. Form each brownie square into a ball, rolling in palms until smooth.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the milk chocolate chips and microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth, about 1 minute and 30 seconds total.
  4. Turn a plastic sandwich bag inside out and hold it from the inside with one hand. Spoon ¼ of the milk chocolate into the bag. Turn the bag back out making sure chocolate does not fall out the opening. Seal it closed. Cut the corner of the bag, keeping in mind the more you cut off the larger your piping hole will be.
  5. Coat the brownie balls in the milk chocolate using a fork. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and chill until chocolate has hardened, about 20 minutes.
  6. Place one of the milk chocolate brownie bites onto a clean surface.
  7. Using a chopstick, poke a hole into the brownie bit large enough for the worm to fit inside.
  8. Zig zag the milk chocolate around the hole. Coat the chocolate with chocolate sprinkles. Stick the worm in the hole.
  9. Enjoy!

2. Tombstone 'Box' Brownie Bites
Ingredients
for 45 brownie bites 

2 boxes brownie mix, prepared
3 cups milk chocolate chip
chocolate sprinkle, for decorating
graham cracker, for decorating

Preparation

  1. Prepare 2 boxes of brownie mix according to instructions on box. Pour into a greased 9x9-inch (23x23-cm) square pan. Bake according to instructions on box.
  2. Cut each tray of brownies into 25 small squares. Form each brownie square into a ball, rolling in palms until smooth.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the milk chocolate chips and microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth, about 1 minute and 30 seconds total.

  6. Place one of the milk chocolate brownie bites onto a clean surface.
  7. Using a chopstick, poke a rectangular hole into the brownie bites using the flat end.
  8. Break graham cracker in half into a rectangular shape. With the milk chocolate write RIP.
  9. Zig zag the milk chocolate around the hole.
  10. Stick the graham cracker in the hole. Coat the chocolate with chocolate sprinkles.
  11. Enjoy!

for 45 brownie bites

1 cup white chocolate chip
3 cups milk chocolate chip

Preparation

  8. Using the white chocolate piping bag make one dot in the middle of the ball. Draw a circle around the dot. Draw a larger circle around the second circle.
  9. Using a toothpick starting from the inner dot drag the chocolate downward crossing each circle. Repeat 6 times.
  10. Enjoy!

4. Eyeball 'Box' Brownie Bites
Ingredients
for 45 brownie bites

2 boxes brownie mix, prepared
3 cups white chocolate chip
1 cup milk chocolate chip
fruit bite-sized candy, for decorating

Preparation

  1. Prepare 2 boxes of brownie mix according to instructions on box. Pour into a greased 9x9-inch (23x23-cm) square pan. Bake according to instructions on box.
  2. Cut each tray of brownies into 25 small squares. Form each brownie square into a ball, rolling in palms until smooth.

  8. Take one of the fruit bite size candies and crush it flat with the bottom a lid or bowl.
  9. Using the milk chocolate piping bag make a large dot on the center of the brownie bite.
  10. Press the crushed candy down onto the chocolate enough so the the chocolate makes a ring around the outside of the candy.
  11. Create another smaller dot on top of the center of the candy.
  12. Enjoy!

  8. Using the milk chocolate piping bag draw 2 dots on the upper half of the brownie bite. Draw a “V” shape for the nose. Draw 2 wider “V” Shapes on either side of the nose for the cheekbones. Connect those wider “V’s” with line for the mouth.
  9. Using tweezers evenly place 3 chocolate sprinkles on the mouth line for the teeth.

candy corn, for decorating

Preparation

  1. Prepare 2 boxes of brownie mix according to instructions on box. Pour into a greased 9x9-inch (23x23-cm) square pan. Bake according to instructions on box.
  2. Cut each tray of brownies into 25 small squares. Form each brownie square into a ball, rolling in palms until smooth.

  7. Place one of the white chocolate brownie bites onto a clean surface.
  8. Cut the white tips off 2 candy corns, cut each of those tips in half, these will be your mummy’s teeth.
  9. Using the milk chocolate pipe 2 dots on the upper half of the brownie bite for the eyes.
  10. Using the white chocolate pipe a line for the mouth. Evenly place each candy corn piece for each tooth on the line.
  11. Zig zag the white chocolate around the brownie bite making sure not to cover the eyes or teeth.
  12. Enjoy!
