- Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
- Vegetable Oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Sugar or raw sugar
Salad and Fruit
- 20g Green Leaf Lettuce and Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves (0.7 oz)
- 5g Carrot, shredded (0.2 oz)
- 10g Cucumber, shredded (0.4 oz)
- 10g New Onion (0.4 oz)
- Walnuts
- Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes)
- Toasted White Sesame Seeds, half-ground
Onigiri
- 90g Hot Steamed Rice (3.2 oz)
- 5g Shirasu Whitebait (0.2 oz)
- Toasted White Sesame Seeds, half-ground
