  • 3 Boiled Eggs
  • Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
  • Vegetable Oil

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar or raw sugar

Salad and Fruit

  • 20g Green Leaf Lettuce and Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves (0.7 oz)
  • 5g Carrot, shredded (0.2 oz)
  • 10g Cucumber, shredded (0.4 oz)
  • 10g New Onion (0.4 oz)
  • Walnuts
  • Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes)
  • Toasted White Sesame Seeds, half-ground

Onigiri

  • 90g Hot Steamed Rice (3.2 oz)
  • 5g Shirasu Whitebait (0.2 oz)
  • Toasted White Sesame Seeds, half-ground
