Bhindi(okra) - 250 gms

Onions (chopped) - 3 medium

Tomato (chopped ) - 2 medium

Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

Cooking oil - 3 tbsp

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder - 1.25 tsp

Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp

Garam Masala powder - 1/3 tsp

Salt to taste or 1.5 tsp
