Crunchy Rice Flour Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1.8in diameter 18 cookies
  • 30g Soy milk(or milk)
  • 10g Cane sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Rock salt
  • 1/3 tsp Black pepper
  • 35g Oil
  • 55g Cheese
  • 60g Rice flour
  • 20g Almond flower
  • 20g Corn starch
  • 2g Baking powder

Directions

Preparation:

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃ .
①Mix the ingredients() in order.
②Add cheese and mix.
③Add the ingredients(●) and mix well.
④Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and press lightly to flatten.
⑤Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes.
