Hey Foodies! This basil pesto hummus is deliciously creamy and flavorful! Try this as a dip for your favorite vegetables, chips, or spread for sandwich or pita!

Ingredients:

  • 200g chickpeas
  • juice from half of lemon
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt to taste

garnish: pumpkin nuts and basil leaves
