Crunchy honey lemon Rice Flour Cookies

2.2in diameter 30 cookies

  • 40g Oil
  • 40g Honey
  • 10g Lemon juice
  • 1Lemon Zest 
  • A Dash of salt
  • 80g Rice flour
  • 40g Almond flower
  • 20g Potato starch



Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 338 °F/170℃.
①Mix the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
②Add the ● ingredients and mix.
③Sandwich the dough between oven sheets and roll it out to a thickness of 02in. and cut it out with a Round Cookie Cutter.
Re-roll the dough scraps and cut.
④Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 14 minutes.
⑤Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack and cool completely. Please store them in a closed container.
