INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Making Condensed Milk:
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tspn Cornflour
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- Let It Boil
- Stir Continuously
- Cook For 7-8 Min.
- Cook Until Thickened
- Cool Down
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- Beat Until Fluffy
- Add Condensed Milk
- ½ Cup Mango Puree
- 2 Drops Yellow Food Color
- ¼ Tspn Mango Essence
- Mix Well
- 5 Inch Mould
- Pour In The Mould
- Keep In Freezer For 7-8 Hours
