Ingredients
- 8 cups water, divided (1.9L)
- 6 black tea bags
- 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup lemon juice, optional (fresh-squeezed preferred) (60ml)
