Ingredients
for 4 servings

1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, peeled
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 lime, juiced

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until combined.
  2. Serve the chimichurri with you favorite steak, on chicken wings, roasted potatoes, or as a dressing for your favorite salad!
