Paneer(Indian Cottage Cheese)-200 gm

Onion (Chopped in square shape)-1

Green pepper/bell pepper(chopped)-1

Green chilli (slit)-3

Garlic cloves (finely chopped)-12

Ginger(finely chopped)-2 inch

Spring onion(chopped)-1/2 cup

Cooking oil-5 tbsp

Green chilli sauce-1/2 tsp

Red chilli sauce-1 tsp

Soy sauce-4 tbsp

White vinegar-1 tbsp

Tomato ketchup-2 tbsp

Black pepper-1/4 tsp

Corn flour- 2 tbsp

All purpose flour(maida)-3 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder(kashmiri)-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste Sugar-1/2 tsp
