Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

3 servings

  • 120g Chocolate(Sweet or Dark )
  • 200g(43% fat) Heavy cream
  • Cocoa powder

Directions

①Put chocolate and cream(80g) in a bowl and microwave 600w for 50 seconds.
②Let stand for 5 minutes, then mix slowly to melt.
③lightly whip the whipped cream(80g).
④Add cream to ① and stir.
⑤Pour the mixture into each cup and smooth the surface.
⑥Refrigerate for several hours until firmly set.
⑦Serve it with whipped cream(40g) and sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
