INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

Making Sugar Syrup :

  • 1 And Β½ Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cup Water

Let It Boil

  • Β½ Tspn Cardamom Powder

Some Saffron

  • 1 Drop Orange Food Color

Boil For 5 Min. In Low Flame

Keep Aside

  • 1 Tspn Ghee
  • 2 Cup Milk

Let It Boil

  • 1 Cup Fine Suji / Semolina (Add Gradually)

Keep Stirring

Cook Until Separate From The Pan

Cool Down For 5 Min.

  • 1 Tspn Ghee

Knead For 2 Min.

  • 1/8 Tspn Baking Soda
  • ΒΌ Tspn Cardamom Powder

Mix Well
Make Shape
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
Pour In Warm Sugar Syrup
Keep For 30 Min.
