INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Making Sugar Syrup :
- 1 And Β½ Cup Sugar
- 2 Cup Water
Let It Boil
- Β½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Some Saffron
- 1 Drop Orange Food Color
Boil For 5 Min. In Low Flame
Keep Aside
- 1 Tspn Ghee
- 2 Cup Milk
Let It Boil
- 1 Cup Fine Suji / Semolina (Add Gradually)
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Cool Down For 5 Min.
- 1 Tspn Ghee
Knead For 2 Min.
- 1/8 Tspn Baking Soda
- ΒΌ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Mix Well
Make Shape
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
Pour In Warm Sugar Syrup
Keep For 30 Min.
