Aloo Raita Recipe Potato & Pomegranate Yogurt
INGREDIENTS
400 gram curd
150 grams potatoes, boiled, skin peeled off, chopped into cubes.
½ cup mint leaves, finely chopped.
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl whisk curd.
Now add Red Chili Powder, Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder,Dry mango powder, Salt.
Whisk all the ingredients into the curd.
Now add chopped Mint Leaves, Boiled Potatoes. Toss the ingredients.
Raita is ready to be served.Garnish the raita with red chili powder and mint leaves.
Serve it chilled.This goes well with Biryani.
