Crispy Turkish Pastry with Feta Cheese

Here we are with another Turkish borek recipe! This time it's full with feta cheese and parsley mixture and garnished black cumins. You will love these crispy boreks! Especially if you are addicted to Turkish tea (black tea) these Turkish boreks will be your favourite! They should be beautiful deep golden brown. Be sure no other borek will ever taste as moist inside and delicious.

Start by mix finely chopped parsleys with feta cheese

Add vegetable oil and milk

Brush some of the egg mix on the filo pastry

Cover it with another filo pastry sheet

Brush with egg mixture again and place the cheese-parsley

Transfer on the baking paper

Brush some egg yolk on the borek

You can garnish with black cumin or sesame seeds

Bake for about 20-25 minutes on 200C(400F)

Ingredients:

2 filo pastry 250gram (2 cups) feta cheese 2 eggs (one of them for top) 100ml (1/2 cup) milk 100ml (1/2 cup) oil 10 branches of parsley Black cumin
