INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Paneer
  • 2 Slice of Bread
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Carrot
  • 1 Tspn Green Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Capsicum
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Pepper Powder
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Boiled Mashed Potato
  • ¼ Cup Corn Flour

Mix Well

Grease Oil in Hand

Make Shape

Flour Slurry:

  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Water

Mix Well

Dip In Flour Slurry

Coat with Breadcrumb

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry Until Golden & Crispy
