INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Murmara / Puffed Rice

Soak For 5 Min.

Remove From the Water

Mash Well

  • 1 & ½ Cup Methi/ Fenugreek Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 3 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tspn Sugar
  • 1 Tspn Lemon Juice

Mix Well

  • ½ Cup Gram Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Grease Some Oil In Hand

Make Shape

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
