Easy Chili Garlic Noodles
Chili garlic noodles are a quick and easy dish that can be made in less than 20 minutes. Here's a simple recipe you can try:
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. dried spaghetti noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (depending on how spicy you like it)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
Directions:
- Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
