Mandarin Orange Jelly

怐Ingredients怑Container capacity 750ml

  • 200ml Water
  • 15g Powdered Gelatin
  • 140ml Calpico (Japanese yogurt-based drink)
  • 150ml Water
  • 230g Canned mandarin oranges

怐Directions怑

ā‘ Sprinkle the gelatin into water and let it sit for 10 minutes.

ā‘”Heat the mixture in a 600w microwave for 1 minute, then stir well.

ā‘¢Beat the mandarin oranges with a whisk until they become grainy.

ā‘£Add water, Calpis, and the broken oranges to the gelatin mixture and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator until set.

ā‘¤Dip the bottom and sides of the container in hot water to make it easier to remove the jelly. Using a knife between the jelly and the container will further facilitate the removal process.

ā‘„Cut into desired sizes and enjoy!
