Mandarin Orange Jelly

- 200ml Water
- 15g Powdered Gelatin
- 140ml Calpico (Japanese yogurt-based drink)
- 150ml Water
- 230g Canned mandarin oranges
ćDirectionsć
ā Sprinkle the gelatin into water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
ā”Heat the mixture in a 600w microwave for 1 minute, then stir well.
ā¢Beat the mandarin oranges with a whisk until they become grainy.
ā£Add water, Calpis, and the broken oranges to the gelatin mixture and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
ā¤Dip the bottom and sides of the container in hot water to make it easier to remove the jelly. Using a knife between the jelly and the container will further facilitate the removal process.
ā„Cut into desired sizes and enjoy!
