Halwai Style Barfi Sweets

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Chana Dal/ Split Chickpeas

Soak For 1 Hour

Wash Well

Pour In a Pan

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 & ½ Cup Water
  • 1/8 Tspn Salt

Stir Occasionally

Cook Until Soften

Cool Down

Pour In Blender

  • ½ Cup Milk

Blend Smooth

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Blended Chana Dal

Keep Stirring

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Cook For 5-6 Min.

  • ½ Cup Jaggery

Mix Well

  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder

Cook For 3-5 Min.

Grease Oil in a Pan

Pour

Spread Well

Nuts on Top

Keep Aside

Cut Into Pieces
