INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Gram Flour
  • ¼ Cup Suji / Semolina
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 And ¼ Cup Water

Mix Well

  • 2 Tbsp Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 3 Tbsp Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Capsicum

Mix Well

  • 2 Tspn Oil
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Cumin

Pour

Keep Stirring

A Pinch Of Turmeric Powder

  • ¼ Tspn Chilli Powder

Cook Until Separate From The Pan

1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Cool Down For 2-3 Min.

Grease Oil In a Board

Spread Mixture

Cool Down For 15 Min.

Cut Into Triangle Shapes

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-6 Min.
