Hey Foodies, in this video I am going to share an healthy alternative for sandwich which you can make without bread and with minimum use of oil/butter. We will make this no bread sandwich with Semolina/Sooji/Rawa. This is perfect for evening snack, breakfast or even for Kids lunch box.

  • 1 cup Fine Semolina
  • 1/2 cup Gram Flour
  • 3/4 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Green Chilis
  • 1/2 Chopped Capsicum
  • Chopped Carrot
  • Corns
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Salt
  • Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Sachet of Eno

FOR CHUTNEY:

  • 3 tbsp Salted Boondi
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Gram
  • 3-4 tbsp Water
  • 6-8 Green Chilis
  • 1 pc Ginger
  • 3-4 Garlic Pods
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Mint Leaves
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
