Ingredients:

  • 100g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing for three cycles)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 cup water
  • toasted bread crumbs
  • Airfry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes

Japanese Curry:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 potatoes
