Ingredients:
- 100g silken tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing for three cycles)
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup water
- toasted bread crumbs
- Airfry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes
Japanese Curry:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
