Veg Triple Schezwan Fried Rice

Triple Schezwan Rice is three-layered rice recipe that combines noodles, rice, spicy gravy, and fried noodles. This is a complete meal in itself.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp spring onions chopped
  • ½ cup carrot thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cabbage thinly shredded
  • 1 capsicum thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce salt to taste
  • 1 cup basmati rice cooked
  • 1 cup hakka noodles boiled

GRAVY:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
  • Some spring onions chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • ½ cup cabbage thinly shredded
  • ¼ capsicum thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 cup water
