Spiced Rum Stout Flip
The spiced rum stout flip is intense, rich and comforting. The eggnog can move aside for this new and improved cocktail which is full of flavour and spice with aromatics of nutmeg.
INGREDIENTS
- 90mL Stout
- 60mL Spiced Rum
- 22.5mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- Whole Egg
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Dry shake (without ice)
3. Wet shake (with ice)
4. Strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
