INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- Boil Some Water
- Steam 3 Green Mangoes
- Steam For 10 Min.
- Cool Down
- Peel the Skin
- Collect the Pulp
- Pour in blender
- ½ cup sugar
- 18-20 Mint Leaves
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Tspn Black Salt
- 2-3 Drops Green Food Color
- Blend Well
- Pour in Ice Cream Mould
- Insert Ice Cream Stick
- Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours
