  3. Steam For 10 Min.
  4. Cool Down
  5. Peel the Skin
  6. Collect the Pulp
  7. Pour in blender
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 18-20 Mint Leaves
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Tspn Black Salt
  • 2-3 Drops Green Food Color
  1. Blend Well
  2. Pour in Ice Cream Mould
  3. Insert Ice Cream Stick
  4. Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours
