INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • Almond 8-10 Pieces
  • Cashew Nuts 8-10 Pieces
  • Pistachio 10-12 Pieces
  • Cardamom 2
  • Sugar 1/3 Cup
  • Blend Smooth
  • Milk 2 Cup

Let It Boil

  • Reduce To ½
  • A Pinch Of Soaked Saffron
  • Blended Nuts And Sugar
  1. Cook For 5 Min In Low Flame
  2. Cool Down For 5 Minutes
  3. Pour In Matka Mould
  4. Cover With Foil
  5. Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours Or Over Night
  6. Spread Some Nut
