Tomato Chutney

Ingredients:

For sattu Paratha:

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Sattu - cups
  • Green chilli - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1/3 cup
  • Ginger -1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Mixed pickle -1 tbsp
  • Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
  • Cooking oil or ghee
  • Salt to taste

For Roasted tomato chutney:

  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Green chilli -1 tsp
  • Garlic -1 tsp
  • Onion - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves -2 tbsp
  • Mustard oil -1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
