Ingredients:
For sattu Paratha:
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Sattu - cups
- Green chilli - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1/3 cup
- Ginger -1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Carom seeds (ajwain)- 1 tsp
- Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Mixed pickle -1 tbsp
- Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
For Roasted tomato chutney:
- Tomatoes - 3
- Green chilli -1 tsp
- Garlic -1 tsp
- Onion - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves -2 tbsp
- Mustard oil -1 tsp
- Salt to taste
