For the Koftas

  • 500 gms Mutton Mince
  • 5 Green Cardamom Pods
  • 2 Black Cardamom Pods
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seed Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Dried Plums (chopped)

Frying the Koftas

  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Gravy for the Koftas

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 & 1/2-inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 4 Green Cardamoms
  • 1 cup Onion Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seed Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Yogurt (whipped)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1-inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 Green Cardamoms
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 5 Green Chillies (slit)
  • 500 gms Cauliflower (chopped)
  • 500 gms Green Peas
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt (as required)

For Spinach Raita

  • 1 bunch Spinach (chopped & boiled)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 4 Green Chillies (slit)
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt (as required)
