- 1 Whole Egg
- Dried Plums (chopped)
Frying the Koftas
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Gravy for the Koftas
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 & 1/2-inch Cinnamon Stick
- 4 Green Cardamoms
- 1 cup Onion Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Fennel Seed Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 & 1/2 cup Yogurt (whipped)
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt (as required)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 05:39- Cauliflower & Peas Sabzi
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1-inch Cinnamon Stick
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Green Cardamoms
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 5 Green Chillies (slit)
- 500 gms Cauliflower (chopped)
- 500 gms Green Peas
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt (as required)
For Spinach Raita
- 1 bunch Spinach (chopped & boiled)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 4 Green Chillies (slit)
- 1 & 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt (as required)
