- Red chilli powder -1.5 tsp
- Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
For Bhuna Masala
- Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds -1.5 tbsp
- fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper- 7-8
- Nutmeg - 1/4 inch
- Green cardamom - 2
- Dry red chilli - 4
- Mace - 1/4 inch
- Cinnamon stick - 1/4 inch
