Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs - 10
  • Onion - 3
  • Tomato - 2
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves - 2
  • Turmeric powder -3/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder -1.5 tsp
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil - 5 tbsp

For Bhuna Masala

  • Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds -1.5 tbsp
  • fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper- 7-8
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 inch
  • Green cardamom - 2
  • Dry red chilli - 4
  • Mace - 1/4 inch
  • Cinnamon stick - 1/4 inch
